Everyday I’m challenged and insecure as a parent, what parent isn’t?
One thing I’m secure in is my daughter’s ability to learn and explore, to break things, to “get it wrong”. My wife and I should be proud of this talent our daughter has developed.
Our little human dives head first into new tasks, making new friends and exploring new places. It seems almost effortless to her; a skill I didn’t acquire until way into my adulthood.
I wonder where we are all enabled in our day to explore and “get it wrong” to try everything as Shakira sings?
